Hello.
Environment is 2x 5500 WLC:s in HA SSO.
I'm currently in the process of planning an upgrade of access points in a production environment, as such I need to identify roaming areas for certain production critical clients. In this documentation I've found where I think I'll need to look:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-4/user/guide/bk_CiscoPrimeInfrastructure_3_4_0_UserGuide/bk_CiscoPrimeInfrastructure_3_4_0_UserGuide_chapter_010000.html#task_1432174
But when I enter that view of any of the interesting clients, it's empty. Does this indicate that the client is not actually roaming between AP:s?
If above feature of viewing "roam reason" is not indicative of how a client roams:
When I select a client I'm presented with the "Association history" graph, where it's shown which AP:s the client have been associated with. Can this graph be used in order to determine how a client roams?
If either of these options are not good for tracking a client roaming pattern, is there any good tool built into Prime which can help determining this?
