CSM ticket count set to zero

Hi all,

 

I am trying to find a solution on how to reset the ticket count to zero within CSM

is this even possible, I know you could set the history to delete tickets after x days. but what my customer wants is to delete/reset all tickets to zero

would this needs to be done on the DB, if yes any idea on how to?
