Below on the attached PDF are the steps to extract the data collected and import directly into the Portal.. However Can you please send me a screenshot of the specs of your present collector?
As well as the data collection scheduled screenshot as the example below

what is the version of CSPC collector, if it version 2.7 have some issue, need to upgrade to 2.8 for fixes.

Hello,
Could you try the below:
Change the "Collection Profile Export Boundary" to 1000.
Re-download the certificate from the SNTC Portal and re-apply it on the collector under "Administration -> Server Properties -> Registration Certificate Properties -> Replace".
Then reboot the collector and try to upload again.

Hello,
Please SSH to the collector with the user "collectorlogin" and then su to "root". If the user passwords aren't set, you can enable them in the adminshell with the "pwdreset username 1".
Then run the command "service concsotgw restart". Try to upload again.
If it still errors out, please provide the full error message.

Is that view from collectorlogin or are you trying to ssh as root?
Based on the lock duration, which is around 30 hours, it's probably quicker to just restart the collector if possible.
