Dear All. I have firewall in my company and 1720 tcp port is blocked there. Does Cisco 3661 allow me to use 1214 port instead of 1720. Please advice me .
when i use show call active voice command i see one prameters VoiceTxduration = 1106000 ms on our network i see lot calls complained by our customer that ther was no audio or dead air calls but the some duration of calls that could be 40 sec or so.....
