Telepresence Touch Panel - Volume keys not working

Hi -
I have installed a Tandberg Profile 52' and all is working well. However, I am using the Touch Panel which is operating fine for making and answering calls however, the mute button and the volume bar on the side are not working. They do not respond to anything. When the panel booted for the first time they did light up.
Is there a setting on the Codec which has the volume bar turned off? Or is there a defect in the code/unit?

Hi,
Which version of TC software are you using?If it is not TC4.2.1, try to load TC4.2.1 and see if you see the issue.
In the TC release notes for TC4.2 release:
Fixed an issue causing the Cisco Touch mic off and volume bar to become unresponsive if DNS response time is more than 5 seconds. |
