hi,i just want to ask how i can do password recovery with my wireless controller without erasing the configuration

It's a fairly new product and the cost is almost half if compared to buying a full-blown WLC. Any experience working with it? I'm planning to use it for our new office.

 I am not able to see my wifi router( beetal) in available networks, whereas i can use it in my tablet, other laptop and cell phone. why it is not showing in my laptop?
