I just purchased a AP 1200. It is running c1200-k9w7-tar.122-11.JA3 and 12.2(11)JA3. I am trying to upgrade to c1200-k9w7-tar.123-8.JEA. I know I must do this using FTP or TFTP. I am doing this using a TFTP server and I just can't seem to get it up...

I have a bridge 350 with 11.X IOS ruuning on it. Somehow I don;t have the password. I got the info to reset it back to default configuration. command is " resetall" but I can't apply it at all.Any suggesation.?
