I cant seem to use wireless networks that use wpa encription. Do I have to get a new card? Can someone help me please!

I have my WLC configured as follows:management intf - 10.10.254.42ap-manager intf - 10.10.254.41Both are untagged, and the switch port has the native vlan set to 1.However, I am unable to reach either address from any other subnet. What gives?
