For us, it is important and very helpful if you show the information about the Cisco partner that sold the asset (similar to how the SNTC shows it), mainly for the agile resolution of any incident and future reference (to renew support or add hardware, licenses, etc.).

We currently have 176 assets that we have purchased support on. The signed contract is not reflected, even though it has already been renewed. Apparently that it's because the contract is in a status of "signed" and "active" and CX only recognizes devices as active if the status is only "active". Can you you please resolve this ?

Since cloud agent is part of our network and we are using the CX Cloud portal as a single pane of glass for our security advisories, we would expect to see the advisories for the Agent in the portal.

Please provide more details as to why a risk score changed. Knowing just the risk score isn't enough information to make a decision to upgrade to a certain software recommendation.

Hello, I would like to put in a request to be able to update the device location section. A larger number of our orders are shipped to a warehouse first to be configure and then sent out to branch office locations. I know I have put the GPS coordinates to my locations in the hierarchy of DNAC, could there be some linkage between the DNAC data and the CX cloud data organized by DNAC Design/Network Hierarchy? This could be helpful for shipping information for RMA of 4 hour support contracts. We even have some wrong site data in here and I don't see an easy way to correct that data, on mass. Just my 2 cents, keep up the good work. John

I can see a list of Advisories and in the Affected Assets there is a link to affected devices per Advisory. When I click on that link, I can get another link to Affected Assets or Potentially Affected. After clicking there, I can export the list. But I'm missing a possiblity to export a single report showing for each vulneraiblity which devices are affected and which devices are potentially affected. And vice versa: A single report showing for each device which vulnerabilities are affecting it and which are potentially affecting.

Hello,
We have hit issue with upgrade of CX Agent, we are trying to simulate couple of scenarios like there is no data source from CX Agent - DNAC or seed file, and per TAC it is not possible to perform upgrade of CX Agent to latest version without any source of data for collection. Right now version of agent is 2.2.0 and latest is 2.2.7 and we cannot upgrade to latest without data source.
It can be done via workaround with "dummy" seed file, but you will hit issue that right now there is no possible way how to change seed file without TAC - https://community.cisco.com/t5/cx-cloud-idea-exchange/update-of-seed-file-and-ip-range/idi-p/5011071
Thanks,
Pavel

Under the menu CXC > Admin Center > Data Sources, we can see the number of reachable and unreachable devices when you are using "Seed File" for CXC Agent. It will be goo to also showing the number of reachable and unreachable devices when you are using DNAC as the Data Source. The same goes for "Intersight" and "Webex" as data source.

In the effort to make the Assets accurate, it is better to have the information about when the assets were delivered. With that additional information, the Operations team will get idea whether this is a spare (if purchased long time ago) or a new hardware (if it is recent date). In the medium to large size organization, the Engineering team / Implementation team purchases assets but since it is not online yet, the Operations team will not know. But the assets already show up in the CXC.

The ability to send email notifications for Faults is a great feature, but I only realized today that it must be enabled for each fault individually. The text under the setting implies that you simply need to turn this switch and will receive notifications:
"Automatically sends email when notification enabled faults are detected"
Just enabling the "Email Notifications" on the "Faults" tab under "Insights" does not actually do anything. It appears that you have to click the triple dots to the right of each fault (Enable Email Notifications) and configure it to send a notification to a specific recipient.
Given the above, I think the following would be helpful additions:
1. Add more columns (by selecting the gear) to show:
a. Which faults are setup for email notifications (this should be a default). b. Which Email addresses configured as recipients for those faults.
2. The ability to select multiple faults at one time and then enable email notifications as well as configure the recipients. 3. On the main "Fault Settings" tab, add a tool tip to indicate that you need to enable each fault separately, as well as configure the recipient settings.

When opening a case using CX Cloud, it would be very helpful to have an option to include the results of a Diagnostic Scan (show tech) directly from the portal. You currently have the option to attach files, but if CXC already has the Diagnostic Scan why not have an option to include it with the case.
This would be helpful to reduce the number of steps required to provide a show tech to TAC. It could also have the benefit of saving time on TAC cases where they (TAC) don't have to ask for the show tech since it would already be included on the case. Or it could help the customers save time with the troubleshooting process.

We have a stack of 2 C9500-16X switches, each with a C9500-NM-8X network module installed. When viewing the hardware tab of the device details, it seems to show both network modules attributed to switch 1 instead of 1 in each. It would make more sense to attribute the module to the switch it is physically installed in.

If you go to Cases > All Open Cases, there is a column for Owner, which displays the CCO ID of the person who opened the case. It isn't always easy to determine who the CCO ID belongs to, so it would be helpful to have a column for owner's email or name.
If you click on the case to view the summary, it seems the owner's e-mail address does appear there, but it would be quicker to have that appear on the list view as well.

We are a new Cisco SDWAN customer and are in the early adoption phases with this product. As we split our site routers out of DNA Center and into vManage I suspect that our current very accurate view of our assets in the CX portal will suffer. It would be great if there was some way to add at least two vManage controllers (we will have Lab and Production controller clusters) as data sources in much the same manner as you can add Intersight as a source for Cloud Network/ACI asset data.

In our environment we ship all of the devices we order to our main HQ location and then the network team configures and sends them out to our branch offices. All of our Location fields in CX reflect the address of our HQ. DNA Center requires that you enter an address when you add a location so it already knows the street address of almost every one of our devices. It would be super helpful if there were either a Customer Location field that is separate from the Location field or if the Location field itself would sync the street address data from DNA Center branch locations. You'd know not only the status of every piece of hardware but also where it really is as opposed to where it was shipped when it was ordered.
