Wallpaper or IP phone background change in bulk using Common Phone profile in CUCM is possible only for 88xx series phones. However in 79xx and CIPC; user have to select the background from IP phone's settings menu. But we want to push the wallpaper from CUCM using common phone profile. Does anyone know have any solution for 79xx series and CIPC phones?
CUCM version 11.5.x

without user intervention. Just save your image with the name
'CiscoPhoneLogo.png' and assign this name to the common phone profile >
background. Finally, use bulk to assign this profile your phones.

Thanks for replying.
I would like to know what is the default path for the image file "CiscoPhoneLogo.png" in CUCM nodes. Because for different phone models, there are different paths
Example for CP-7945 path is Desktops/320x216x16, for CP-8865 is Desktops/800x480x24.

The path is same depending on the phone model. See this doc.

Hi, I have uploaded the image "CiscoPhoneLogo.png" in "Desktops/320x212x12" for CIPC and put the image name in common phone profile. assigned the common phone profile to one CIPC phone, but no luck. Still user have to select the image from settings, it is not getting reflecting automatically in CIPC background.

Nithin, please refrain from posting images of the actual bug information and simply direct people to the bug via the URL, that information requires people to login in order to see it and you posting it like that bypasses such authentication mechanism.
