All,

Is there a command on voice gateway to show current active calls? Can I use the command to show calling numbers and call numbers?

Thanks.

Hi there,

Have you tried to do a "show call active voice" ? and "show call active voice brief"

I would have a look at the the great doc from Nick @ Cisco (attached)

Cheers!

Rob

Thanks for your reply. However, when I tried the command "show call

active voice brief" there was no number following "Originate", just

"active" in there. Any reason why?

Hi yuhuiyao,

You can try "sh voice call status".

Hi There,

If you are using MGCP for your Gateway, this information is not available as

is it is contained within the D-Channel backhaul

Cheers!

Rob

Hi all.

In the "mgcp" configuration, where can I see calling and called number?

Thanks

Daniele

I use show voice call status and show isdn active

Best Regards

thanks for your reply

but these commands don't show number on my gw

is it possible to view active call into callmanager?

Have you donwloaded and installed RTMT (Real-Time Monitoring Tool) from the CUCM under plugins?

On the MGCP PRI you can see in amount of active calls.

The following will show the amount of active call legs open on your gw.

#show call active voice

Load for five secs: 20%/15%; one minute: 22%; five minutes: 23%

Time source is NTP, .14:35:25.367 za Wed Dec 18 2013

Telephony call-legs: 93

SIP call-legs: 5

H323 call-legs: 91

Call agent controlled call-legs: 0

SCCP call-legs: 8

Multicast call-legs: 0

Media call-legs: 0

Total call-legs: 197

Best Regards

thanks

I'll try with rtmt

with command on router I can see number of calls of type "Call agent controlled call-legs", but not called and calling number

as far as i know this is working as designed, as a matter of fact that q931 signalling is backhauled to CCM. Since the Gateway is not involved in the signalling(as it MGCP) and it does not bother looking inside the packets to learn the called/calling number..

You would see the the details of active calls however calling and calling would not be involved/included in it.

Br, Nadeem Please rate all useful post.

Just to add, you could do a debug isdn q931 that would show the calling and called  number.  It would however only show when the call is made or torn down.   I think this is as close as your going to get on the router side  without looking in callmanager traces.
