Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but: I'm having a problem with a server migrated to NCM 1.8. This server is using mysql, with a database migrated from a 2003 1.7 server. after the install runs and it starts the service, it works fine, however, if the service is restarted, then it never works again; when you browse to it, you get the SSL certificate, and then a 404 error.
I've been fighting this for days, and am out of ideas. Due to the wonderful world of government procurement, we have been unable to get our support contract renewed, so I am unable to create a TAC case about this.
