When we ?Enable XML Formatted Output to allow "Trace Analysis? in CM 3.3 (2) we can´t see the XML logs (Message: "Document empty or invalid. Could not do trace analysis"). However we can see the logs in text format. How can we solve it?

Hi,The customer uses the IP Telephony for the WAN locations (within the country and abroad). Is it possible to get a report in which the billing (Rate) for the abroad location call is diffrent from that for the local locations?Thanks Naveen
