Hii,Can someone suggest me how to download a cisco ios image from 2950 switch to use the same on another switch with the software being used.Awaiting a positive response asap.

When i try to ping a machine im not getting a reply but when i clear the arp entries im getting a reply.What are all the possible cause for Incomplete ARP entries in a switch.
