One of my internal customers wants to write an Application to subscribe to presence changes and status updates in jabber. I have not seen an API to do this directly. Has anyone done this or can point me to the right documentation?

It looks like Cisco is adding a second virtual CD drive to the ova template.I THINK this means we should be able to load answer files via iso image now but cant find confirmation. Has anyone verified or done this yet?

i dont think he said checking "MTP Required" did not solve his issue. he said he did not want to do that. My guess is that it does "fix" it, but is generally not really a fix.

i have run into this before and that was the solution. i hate using "MTP Required". usually it just masks the real issue. in this case, it is the only way i have been able to resolve. but i did create a new trunk using a different port for this.

you ABSOLUTELY require an MTP for this scenario.I think you need to figure out how to isolate this traffic and create a separate trunk and check "MTP Required"the issue here is that ptime mismatch does not trigger the "if needed" setting

who is saying it is not secure? Jabber uses TLS and that is generally considered "secure" in today's world
