Hi, I was trying to transfer a file in a webex meeting room, but I am not able to click "Transfer.." as it is grayer out, as shown in the screenshot below. Is any setting needed to be enabled so that I can transfer a file in a webex meeting?

Profile Picture in Webex is blurry and looks like low quality, the picture used for it has a good resolution, so it should look ok.
Screenshots pasted into the desktop version do not appear in the mobile version, and instead have an error saying "You don't have permission to access this file." However, gifs from Giphy appear just fine.
