Is it possible to stop logging of events from a host which is part of the Test Mode Group?

I cannot ssh to my aironet 1200 access point. I can connect through it to the wireless network (authenticating through a radius server) but I cant ssh to it. What else would I need besides "transport ssh" under the line vty?
