I have an "AIR-WLC4400-K9-4-0-219-0.aes" and when I disable the "broadcast SSID" and I am not able to connect to the controller?Can you help

I did a upgrading procedure for 1120B from 12.3.7 to 12.3.11JX1. I didn't use the upgrading tools, I just used the web page for upgrading. Now the AP can not work, it's rebooting all the time. Who can help me for the recovery?THX!!!
