When users bring the Jabber IM for iphone to background and lock the iphone, after more than 30 min of being locked, the users can't receive calls in Jabber app. Anyone with this problem? Jabber version 10.6.1.205546

I update Expressway-C & E to 8.5.2I use jabber to call anywhere Inside the company...The situation is normalBut I call to the same company outside.He can be turned...but it can`t call extension...why?
