DMP Centralized Management

I've looked in the user manual, but don't quite understand if it will solve my problem.  Our DMM and Show and Share appliances need to be moved to a different VLAN than the one they are in now.  How do I reestablish communication with the DMPs, when they are looking for a different IP address for Centalized Management?  Is the proper process to change the IP of the servers, then use autodiscovery to re-link the DMPs?  We are using version 5.2.2 and 4400G DMPs.
