Short of researching each model (we have over 100 unique models and over 5000 devices) what's best way to find EOL devices/software in my environment? Is there a master EOL list available?

Anyone can help me ? I found problem about fabric path configuring  on Nexus7706.I can ping other host in different vlan but can't ping other host in same vlan (46) this below picture.Please suggest me.
