VCS - Call Policy Service logs?

Hello, is there a log I can view that would tell me when the CPL service is inactive?

Now that we have this turned on it essentail that we know when it is inactive since all traffic is managed by it.

I looked in TMS and do not see that I can turn it on to be monitored. I am looking to be able to get an email alert or an smnp alert from either TMS or the VCS itself to alarm me that it is down
