Scheduled CUIC Reports losing filtering criteria.

CUIC 10.01

ICM 9.0

We have a reoccurring issue where some scheduled reports fail with this message:

"SCHEDULED REPORT EXECUTION FAILED - DATA-PROCESSING-CENTER-ERROR"

When I access the report, the filtering criteria is missing.  Once I define the criteria and save the report, it works again.  This has happened to a few different scheduled reports and is not limited to one report type/definition.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I suspect you're hitting this https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCte82968, however I don't see a fix for it. Open a TAC case and ask for the detailed notes on the bug.

Thanks David.

Just an update, TAC released a fix for this bug.  However, you must be at 10.5.   So far, everything has been fine since applying the fix.

Thanks for the update, can you post the fix either name or link to it?

Does this affect 10.5.2 as well?

It should not affect 10.5(2) as it has been integrated into 10.0(1.10003.1).

Hello ,

Within CUIC I ran an Agent Detail report on one agent for all call types.  I ran a second report for same agent and filter on outbound calls.  Both reports are exactly the same, the filter doesn’t appear to work.

Any Bug ?
