I'm interesting whether VM-FEX & SR-IOV are tightly depending in a example pod consisting N5K (5548UP NX-OS ver 5.1(3)N1(1)) and UCS C200-M2 (BIOS ver 1.4.3h; CIMC ver 1.4.3s; P81E ver 2.1.1a) and MS Windows Server 2012+MS Hyper-V? I mean that if I want to turn SR-IOV on Hyper-V should I configure P81E in NIV mode? I'm not interesting in CVD like implementing VM-FEX with SR-IOV using CUCSM (UCS Management via N6K FIs). Because I just have no FIs in my POD.
