TelePresence and Video Infrastructure

Would love to utilizing the Cisco TCS to push live meetings to our Windows Media Server…Where we need help is configuring the Windows Media Server side.

One of our C20's has never had audio on the hdmi cable, yet the auxiliary left & right connectors DO have audio. Is there a possible programming section which could have turned this off?
