I have Webex Room Kit  combined with Samsung flip, I can`t change to flip mode. In addition, shared whiteboards in a webex meeting are not be displayed on the room kit.but in Cisco Room Kit mini all mentioned above works normally !any Advice Please

Hey, I just setup a Webex 55. I'm dialing out to our bridge and I'm able to hit it. But when it request to enter the pin, I just hear the touch tones but it doesn't input them up on the screen. Any ideas what it can be?
