According to Linksys, this card and driver v.2.4.33 is LEAP capable, but will just not work at all with WPA/TKIP with Cisco LEAP. Anybody experienced similar issues and/or have workarounds? Thanks!

I have been trying the Aironet Client Utility V6 and I can't find any feature that 'scans' for available wireless networks. Does this software have anything like that? I can't imagine any wireless software not having a scan feature.
