WLC drop icmp traffic

Dear ALL,   We found a strange behavior, may i have the WLC3504 has default policy to drop the ICMP PING traffic? I do some test, if the packet size over 500  byte  and repeat 1000, it must has 10% packet loss. Anyone can help? Model: 3504 Version:8....
