Has 8000 row limitation been rectified in CUIC 11.6 Version? If so do we have Cisco Document reference for the same?

I understand there is a Limitation of showing number of Rows in CUIC, ie. 8000. Has it been increased in the latest version of CUIC? If Yes/No, Do we have Cisco Document reference for the same?

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

No changes on 11.6.x version .

Historical and Real Time Reports
Historical report—Retrieves data from the historical data source. Reports are populated with interval data
that has a default refresh rate of 15 minutes. Historical reports have an upper limit of 8000 rows.
Real-time report—Retrieves data from the real-time data source. Reports are populated with interval data
that has a default refresh rate of 15 seconds. Real-time reports have an upper limit of 3000 rows.

I actually didn't know this to be a fact, but I just checked. There's a bit of a footnote to keep in mind. Historical reports are still 8000, but scheduled reports can be 25,000. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/intelligence_suite/intelligence_suite_1201/user/guide/cuic_b_user-guide-1201.pdf

Good to know.

12.x has the same limitation.

Actually, version 12 has improved upon this limitation a little bit. I haven't tried it myself, but if you schedule a report, you can run reports that have 20,000+ rows.

Exactly. Not sure why this new option wouldn't be added to the release notes since this addresses a big need. The fact that it is only mentioned in the one guide is a little strange.

At the Tech Summit, Cisco stated only one large report, 25k row schedule could be scheduled at any time, so it's still very limited in usefulness.

Have you tried converting the CUIC report type from database Query to Anonymous Block type report. I think there is no number of rows limitations for anonymous block query type report.

Requires additional effort in recreating and configuring the reports.

Anonymous block reports also have the same limitations.
