I am having an issue with a static route. I have a Cisco 9k with a static route going to the inside interface of my firewall. The static route points to the inside interface of the firewall.
The route is 172.28.15.0 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.1
My default route also points to the inside interface of the ASA (10.10.10.1)
The ASA hooks directly into the 9K. The 172.28.15.0 network the far end network of a site to site VPN tunnel. When the static route is on the 9k I get 30 hops all hitting 10.10.10.5 which is VLAN 510. Same network that the inside interface of the firewall sits in. When I remove this route traffic routes correctly.
Why when I have the static route does the traffic not make it out of VLAN 510?
1. Log into CLI of DNAC:
ssh maglev@< DNAC appliance IP> -p 2222
2. Run this curl command to get token to get member id:
curl -X POST -u admin:<admin user password> -H -V https://<CLUSTER-IP>/api/system/v1/identitymgmt/token
