Hello, I am trying to get a new E20 registered to CM 10.5.2 and it is getting rejected. I have triple checked all SIP settings, etc....and I dont see anything configuration related that may be causing it....pls help.
Everytime we perform a factory reset or turn unit off/on a good portion of the settings are not transfered to the CODEC. Works great with TC5.1.13. We are running TMS 14.2.2 along with TMSPE 1.0
