Dial by Name function not working with aa_sbcs_v03.aef script
Gentlemen and Ladies,
I pulled the aa_sbcs_v03.aef script from my UC500 to use on an ISR with CME/CUE. Everything is working find except the Dial-by-Name function. I have that associated with the “9” digit. Whenever I select “9” the original auto attendant message plays. I could use your assistance. Here are some screen shots. Thanks.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
