I was using a tool call remote port status monitor for monitoring the ports between Call Manager and Unity. The screen displays two windows, the left id's the port and the right details the call process. We recently upgraded our Call Manger, Unity and UCCX from version 8.6 to 10.5. After we did the upgrade, the program still works but in the left screen, where the port would normally be id'd just says unkown, no port number. The right still displays the call process but there is no longer a port id. Any ideas? I uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail.
