Need help on call handler in unity connection

i want to migrate call flow from UCCX to Cisco unity connection call handler.

 

step 1- it has to play menu like 1. sales 2- HR and 3 - Services.

 

it has to wait for 5 secs and then it has to play hold music and then it has to repeat the menu. 

 

is it possible in one call handler or do i need to use more then one call handle to achieve. 

 

please suggest.
