I get complaints from users on the 7821 that when there is a voice message the voice message (VM) symbol overwrites the missed called symbol.  The solid red light on the handset is also turned on when there is a voice message.  So, this is redundant ...

IP 7821 phones display overlaps missed call logs icon with voicemail mwi icon . Is there a way to separate or disable this icon so that only Call logs can be seen ?

I am using 10.1.7.20 Unified Communications Self Portal to forward calls to my AT&T iPhone cell phone, but the calls are not being connected. Is there anything I can do on my end to enable this connection?
