I know that device with SCH monitors its operational and environmant health e.g. configuratoin changes, fan &  Power supply status. And that SCH device does not send out a heart beat to cisco backend.Since I haven’t been able to test SCH/DD funcitons...

Is it use more router CPU?

Is it possible to have a communication setup of Call Home server with Customer Syslog Server instead of individual devices. This is required as the customer is worried on the security part?
