Webex Meetings and Webex App

When sharing PDFs that are formatted in landscape format, they automatically rotate to be in portrait format.  How do I get them to stay landscape?

I am having trouble setting my profile picture in the WebEx for my team meetings. I haven't found anywhere to update it.  I've attached a screenshot of the program as I see it on my computer 

The View option to hide non-video participants is grayed out for one of our users.  I didn't find anything when I searched the forum.  Does anyone have any ideas?  This is on a PC and the Desktop App is up to date. 

If you have a license for Webex Meetings do you need a different license for Webex Teams?
