how can I tell what version of CallManager Express is running on my router?
I have a call between an H.323 endpoint and a 7940G phone. When the H.323 endpoint disconnects first, the 7940G gets fast busy tone. Any idea how I can fix this? If this needs additional information for a solution, please let me know.
We have CME 4.0.0, a 7961 with 7914, the 7914 is not taking the load we have in flash, served by tftp and listed in telephony service, the issue is each time we use the 7914 to call an internal extension the screen partially blanks out??
