Hi all,
I have the requirment for a Busy tone if all Service Desk guys are in call. I may not use Queuing, I really need a Busy tone.
And if noone is logged in I like to forward to Unity Connection.
But the Forward Hunt No Answer setting is ignored just Forward Hunt Busy works. But with that setting I do not get a Busy tone...
There is an option how I get the No Answer state if noone is logged into the Hunt group?
