Hi Guest users access wifi network via Guest ssid in WLC5520/AP3802. In page Monitor ---> Client ---> column Auth, some user passed auth, and other No, What reason can cause the issue? Please see the below. Thank you

Good Day, I have a client with WLC: AIR-CT5508-K9ver: 8.5.161.0The Guest portal does not open in MS Edge & Google Chrome - however it does open in "older" Internet Explorer. Any ideas
