Guys - Customer would like to log out automatically any agent who are logged but in a not ready state for periods longer than 10 minutes.Has anyone tried anything like this.
Is there a way for a customer to put in their number in a webpage and have that webpage enter a call into the queue? Then have the system do a callredirect to have the agent call the customer back?Thanks,Mike

I currently have two scripts in IPCC. One recongines the Business Time of Day as 7am-5pm. The other script is using 8am-5pm as the Business time of Day. How to I change the Business time of Day so they both start at 7am and end at 5pm.
