Has anyone tried to install monitoring agents on the CCM's? Our shop uses Computer Associates NSM and would like to know any feedback of installing NSM agents on CallManager 4.0(2a) . Has anyone tried it? Compatibility issues?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I understand that when the voice gateway lose contact with the CCM, it will activate SRST. But is there any value configured that defines how frequent it will do the check?Thanks,L.
