Issue while connect Voicemail system from internal
I am new in the UC field. Recently I install UC540 to our company. Everything is fine. But recently I found one strang issue.
While external call voicemail system (either no answer or busy), the call will connect to user mailbox. Prompt username extension and pre-recorded greeting. Other cisco SCCP (7954 and CIPC) phone works from internal too.
However, we have few 9951 SIP base phone. While user dial other internal extension, it will go to voicemail system. and ask user enter his own extension password. It sounds to me, the system did not go to other extension mailbox.
Our voicemail system extension is 399. And the softkey to connect to voicemail system is "6".
I also try dial 6111 (111 is user extension) from 9951 SIP phone. But it will goto default voicemail.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
