On Exception ContactInactiveException Goto Emailnotification

Hello,

I have UCCX 8.5 Premium license.

I would like to send an email to a supervisor when caller hang up in a queue.

I think the post below is exactly what i want to do.

I set up in same way, but I get email more than the number of abandoned call.

I don't see any abandoned call in historical report but i get a couple of email.

 

Start

Accept

Select Resource

Selected

Queued

 On Exception ContactInactiveException Goto Emailnotification

 Label QueueLoop

 ...play queue messages here...

 Goto QueueLoop

Label Emailnotification

Clear Exception ContactInactiveException

Create eMail

Send eMail

Disconnect

Terminate

End

 

What could be the issue?
