When I call to the PSTN, when the called party is busy. My IP Phone will hear the busy tone after 30s.I try to use other fixed telephone to call, I hear the busy tone immediately.I am using Cisco CCM 4.0(2)sr1 and Cisco 2811 with 2 x T1.
