Anybone ever had stuttering ring tones on random IP phones with this release of CCM?? Voice quality is fine after the call is answered.

Running unity 4.03 with ccm 3.1 4b and tsp 7.03.This morning the MWI on all phones were on and this happened one other time before after we did the unity upgrade.Any one know if there is any known issues regarding this problem.
