I would like to get camera snapshot from telepresence endpoint wihtout using web admin. Is there any way to get snapshot image? For example, using endpoint API. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hey I want the second output to show exactly the same feed as the main output. Just as a 1 in 2 out video distribution amp would do. Will the software allow me to do that right out the box with no additional licence? Isaac  

We are having issues with our codec accidentally dialing out multiple calls at once causing feedback.  Is there a setting where this can be disabled?
