Can ccm4.2 change the interval between two dialed number ?

hiCan ccm4.2 change the interval between two dialed number ? i want to change the interval between the first dialed number and the next dialer number ,by default is 2 seconds .i want to 4 seconds ,where should i configure in the CCM4.2?
