I have configured several products using SIP, however, set up a SIP trunk between a VCS and CUCM 8.6 (2), but calls are not working properly.
Calls originating in CUCM 8.6 (2) VCS to work correctly, but the calls from the VCS to CUCM 8.6 (2) do not work.
The CUCM 8.6 (2) has endpoints Jabber 9.0.1 for Windows or Desk Phone.
The VCS uses endpoint Jitsi 1.0-Build.3967 or a MCU to dial.
Attached to the trace shows that the calls VCS - CUCM 8.6 (2) report that the endpoint can not be located in CUCM 8.6 (2) (= potentialMatches NoPotentialMatchesExist). However, the endpoint is registered and operational.

Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
