7970 Phone not load after factory reset

Hi guys,

I have a cisco IP Phone 7970 that was registred with SIP firmware then I connected to a new call manager ver 4.2 it start up with auto registration then still not working properly. After that I've decided to do a factory reset but I forgot to connect the power brick and then the phone stuck on startup and I've just see nothing on the screen and line buttons blink green, top to bottom.

Any idea how to build a console cable to connect to the phone
